Rogers developer purchases another Town Center property
The developer/architect behind the Rogers redevelopment project has purchased another nearby Town Center property. The undeveloped property at the NE corner of 58th Ave W and 232nd St ST SW has been sold to Mountlake Two LLC, which is associated with Alan Clark, the owner of the Rogers property as well as the Handy Mart property at 44th Ave W and 228th St SW.
Snohomish County records show the 0.17 acre property was sold for $350,000. The property, which is just west of the US Bank, is currently undeveloped. The property is zoned for up to four stories.
