A pre-application site plan has been submitted by Landsverk Quality Homes (LQH) for a 42 townhome project at the east side of 55th Ave W between 238th St SW and 240th St SW.

A public open house has been scheduled for November 14 and the city is seeking an artist to participate in the project.
