A pre-application site plan has been submitted by Landsverk Quality Homes (LQH) for a 14 townhome project at the SE corner of 58th Ave W and 230th St SW. The project would be on 2 former single family lots.
The south lot on 58th was purchased by LQH in May 2015 for $193,000. According to Snohomish County Assessor, the corner lot (5708 230TH ST SW) has not yet been sold. It is currently listed on the Century 21 website for $385,000.
The proposed site plan has vehicular access off of 58th Ave W and contains twelve 2 bedroom units and two 3 bedroom units. The two properties are in the Town Center District E zone which allows 2 or 3 story live-work units.
