Two adjacent parcels on 56th Ave W, just south of 242nd St SW have been listed for sale. The northern of the two properties had previously been a gas station and the southern property contains a building previously used as a restaurant. Most recently, the restaurant was Romio's Pizza prior to the business moving to West Plaza. The properties are just north of the Getaway Tavern.

Both properties are owned by a company associated with Time Oil Company which engages in the operations of retail gasoline stations and convenience stores in Washington, Oregon, California, and Nevada. Environmental cleanup has been ongoing on either one or both of the properties for at least the past decade, likely due to underground fuel tank leakage from the former gas station.

Together the properties are 1.16 acres and with a list price of $1.515 million this comes out to $1.3 million per acre. The properties are within the Town Center zoning district C which would allow buildings up to four stories.
