60th Ave W between 219th and 212th St SW is a stretch of road that most people in the City have likely never been on. It starts back behind the Interim City Hall, goes north past Lakeside Apartments, and through a small residential area but much of the land along this stretch of 60th Ave W is undeveloped, either in the WSDOT I-5 right of way or along the back of the solid waste transfer station.
