At least for the past ten years the space has not been very active, appearing to be used infrequently as office space. At one point it appears to have been used as an office for some sort of vitamin business called Nu-West Natural Products.
If you’ve been waiting to start that coffeeshop in the neighborhood now might be a good time. $17/sf/year is about half the rent of newer buildings nearby.
