Roger's Market Property Price Reduced

On the heels of the Calvary Fellowship reducing the asking price for their property, the asking price for the Roger's Market property has now been reduced as well. The property has been on the market since late-2013. The previous asking price was $3,999,999, or $2.12 million per acre, and the new asking price is $3,499,999, or $1.85 million per acre. In comparison, the combined asking price for the two Calvary Fellowship properties is about $1.95 million per acre.

While several development projects have been or are being constructed in the Town Center, they have mostly been on a combination of several smaller lots with different sellers. The three large properties currently for sale are Roger's Market, Calvary Fellowship, and Calvary Tabernacle.
