Roger's Marketplace Property Sold
According to Snohomish County records the Roger's Marketplace property has sold to an LLC called "Mountlake Village LLC" based out of Seattle.
UPDATE: The sale price is listed at $2.5 million. This is just under the list price of $2.75 million. At 2.14 acres this comes out to about $1.17 million/acre. A portion of 57th Ave W is actually a part of the property, though, so the usable area is more like 1.88 acres. 1.88 acres for $2.5 million comes out to about $1.33 million/acre.
The Washington Secretary of State's website lists Alan Clark as the registered agent for Mountlake Village LLC. There are close to twenty other LLCs also listed with the same registered agent and address. It is common for developers to form separate LLCs for each project.
The property is in the Town Center District B Incentives Overlay zone which would allow 3, 4, 5, or 6 story buildings. With the exception of Calvary Fellowship's odd-shaped parcels, Rogers is the largest single piece of private property in the Town Center zone.
