Town Center District C Property Sold

The 0.48 ACRE property at the NW corner of 55th Ave W and 232nd St SW was recently sold for $790,000 or $1.65 million per acre. The property currently has a 9,600 square foot structure  is being used for the Northern Lights audio/video store and a martial arts company. The structure was originally bulit in 1951.

Snohomish County records show the purchaser to be a company called T&L Properties LLC. T&L Properties also owns the CASE Forensics building across the street at the NE corner of the intersection. Two of the directors/officer of T&L Properties are also principals of CASE Forensics so the future plans for the building or property may be associated with CASE Forensics.

The parcel is located in the Town Center District C which would allow a two, three, or four-story building with commercial uses required on the ground floor. It may be that CASE Forensics plans to expand to either the existing buliding or a new building on the property.
